Nexthink’s Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Hub houses multiple resources for users to access such as articles, salary calculator, podcast, and certifications. The page I designed on the DEX Hub is the certification page. We would start with the initial certification, and later on evolve the page to house other certifications when needed.

Low Fidelity Wireframes

Working with the stakeholders and colleagues requesting this page, I knew that we needed a clear and concise way to present the certification while drawing attention to beginning to course rather than reading the description. The information architecture is important on this page because we have content to share with users about the course, but we also want to make sure they know they can start the course without bombarding them with a CTA.

The four low fidelity wireframes I created above were presented to the team to receive feedback. The next step was to take the wireframe/concept that the team agreed on and iterate with comments and suggestions from others as well as using market best practice.

High Fidelity Wireframes

I created the below two wireframes that would undergo a final round of feedback to determine what design will be passed onto the development team.
